In the “Healthy Regions 4 All“ (HR4All) project, partners from Denmark, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and Spain are joining forces to tackle obesity as a complex health and social challenge. By focusing on innovative policies that address the many dimensions of obesity—like mental health, social status, and health literacy—HR4All aims to empower regional authorities to create more inclusive and effective solutions. Through shared learning and collaboration, the project is working to integrate a holistic, psychosomatic approach to patient care while promoting social inclusion and vocational support for vulnerable groups.
Aims
The “Healthy Regions 4 All” (HR4All) project is all about empowering regional policymakers to improve obesity management through innovative and holistic solutions. By connecting experts from different regions, HR4All focuses on bridging the gaps in current policies and practices. The project aims to develop comprehensive health initiatives that address the physical, mental, social, and vocational aspects of obesity. HR4All promotes prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care, with a special focus on supporting vulnerable groups. By sharing knowledge and best practices, the project strengthens healthcare responses, enhances social care, and boosts collaboration across regions.
